The order of turnover of actions is ratified

NKCPRF by a decision from 09.04.2013 № 520 confirmed Order of realization of emission and registration of issue of equities of joint-stock companies, that is created by confluence, division, виділу or transformation or to that joining comes true. About it inform State enterprises in press-service.

It is determined a document:

it is an order of realization of emission of actions of joint-stock companies(PROPULSION MODULE), that is created by confluence, division, selection or transformation, and also propulsion MODULES joining comes in that true;

it is an order of registration of issues of equities of propulsion MODULE, that is created by confluence, division, selection or transformation, and also propulsion MODULES to that joining comes true;

it is an order of stop of turnover of actions of propulsion MODULE, that cease in connection with their confluence, division, joining or from that a selection comes true.

At the same time, confesses such, that lost operating of decision of the State commission under securities and fund market from December, 30, 1998 № 221 "About claim of Statute about the order of registration of issue of equities and information about their emission during reorganization of societies", registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March, 04, 1999 after № 137/3430(with changes).



This decision inures from the day of his official publication.
