Two bills were given in parliament, that is not accepted until now. "Partly the idea of guaranteeing of payments is realized within the framework of the Motor bureau, and, although in him less than 100 companies, there are there quite a bit problems", - the ex-head of Госфинуслуг Victor Суслов said.
