New bankruptcy law want to perfect

On initiative of Public advice in State enterprise a conference took place on problem questions of application of new release of bankruptcy law with participation arbitrage managers - practical workers from the different regions of Ukraine and representatives of the Higher economic court of Ukraine. About this MyTime reported in press-service of State enterprise. In opinion of arbitrage managers, analysis of the systems of norms of Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of debtor or confession by his bankrupt", taking into account the last innovations of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, specifies on the row of problems, that can arise up after an entry by virtue of the last release from January, 19, 2013. Therefore the members of expert group of Public advice formed the row of legislative changes for the increase of efficiency of procedures of санации and bankruptcy. Public agents specified on that now is possibility also to take into account remarks, because to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine just a prosecution goes of adding to the new release.
